About the Job:

·       Facilitate and provide a global financial services customer experience standard

·       Handling British and UK based customers over the phone and email

·       Understand UK financial regulatory requirements

Job Requirements:

·       Graduates, gap year students or undergrads who can work as full-timers.

·       Prior experience in English speaking international support role preferable 

·       Excellent communication and soft skills

·       Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude

·       Fluency in English is a MUST

Working Conditions:

·       Work location: Greek Campus, Downtown Cairo

·       9 hours rotation between 8am and 11pm with 2 days off per week

·       Benefits: Net salary 5,000 EGP + 1,300 KPI's + 1,700 Overtime schemes on monthly basis
