The Outbound specialist will need to research, qualify, and uncover opportunities that meet our criteria
If you are an ENTHUSIASTIC self-starter with a passion for selling— prospect potential clients, convert leads, handle objections —then you will EXCEL in this role. 


  • Previous commercial real estate experience preferred. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in real estate 

  • Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM  

  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills. 

  • Provide unmatched customer service to potential prospects to ensure an excellent start to their member experience  

  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit – The GrEEK Campus is growing quickly, meaning each employee will be given significant responsibility and autonomy. 

  • Fluency in English is a must 

What will you do?

  • Maintain rigorous prospecting for new leads 

  • Equally rigorous follow up to set appointments and nurture relationships 

  • Exceed productivity, appointment setting, and listing targets 

Essential duties and responsibilities 

  • Outbound cold calling to generate leads and then convert those leads to appointments 

  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections 

  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation to real estate agents prior to appointments 

  • Manage database of leads to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead follow-up
